Terms and Conditions

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at KYC World Travel Service 1 prize 2 seats during 8 Jun. 23 – 31 Aug. 23
The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
Only card transactions which are paid in full and in 0% installment payment with KTC card will be considered for the privilege offering hereunder.
Any refund from the cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.
The prize in this Promotion is travel package to South Korea for traveling for 2 persons (By being a member with the highest spending and receiving prizes in this program according to the conditions of 1 person and 1 follower as the member with the highest spending has informed the name and surname to KTC) valued 160,000 Baht each, total 1 piece. However, such prize do not include a 5% withholding tax from the prize received, passport application fee, K-ETA processing fee, or personal expenses. and/or any other related expenses The members with the highest cumulative spending must pay for such expenses themselves.
KTC will announce the name list of top spending Cardmember as specified by KTC at www.ktc.co.th/promotion/travel/air-ticket/visitkorea2023 within 1 Oct. 23., and will contact them to inform the procedures and conditions for claiming their prize via post mail or phone number provided to KTC within 7 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the top spending Cardmembers must contact KTC to claim their prize in accordance with the conditions and within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim for such prize.
The prize hereunder is up to 1 prize per 1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period.
In the case that more than 1 Cardmember have equal accumulated spending amount, KTC reserves the right to award the prize to Cardmember who has good payment record and more frequently and continuously spend on card/ is the first person who made card payment for goods/services purchased under this Promotion. In this regard, KTC’s discretion will be final.
If the eligible Cardmember is disqualified or fails to meet any requirement as specified in the terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to offer the prize to next top spending Cardmember in line.
If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
The awarded top spending Cardmembers acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all taxes (if any) at the rate as stipulated by laws.
All employees of KTC, as well as the employees of any company involved in this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmember’s consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmember’ photographs shall belong to KTC.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
