Terms and Conditions

This promotion, Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC is created to provide benefits to KTC credit cardmembers ("Members") that paying via KTC credit cards ("Cards ") at the Hertz Car Rental Thailand in accordance with the conditions of the car pick-up at the Hertz counter in the period between 20 January 2019 - 31 December 2019 ("Program Period").
This rental price includes the first type of car insurance without damage and the tire (full protection including SCDW / TP / tires), unlimited kilometers and 7% VAT.
On the day of pick-up, the company will ask for 10,000 Baht credit line block from your KTC credit card in addition to paying rental fee, and exclude personal and property insurance and other promotional items.
This price and benefit cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
To get free car pick-up or deliver for 3 days or more renting condition, the distance of pick-up or deliver must not be more than 15 kilometers from the location of Hertz Car Rental Thailand from 08:30 to 17:00 hrs in the office hours.
Car rental return to different branches: company reserves the right to return the car to different branches for the 3 days onwards rental type:
- In case of renting a car for 3-4 days, the service fee will be charged according to the specified distance.
- In case of renting a car for 5 days or more, no fee charged, except the van.

Except car rental during Blackout period 4 Apr 2019 - 17 Apr 2019, 4 Dec 2019 - 5 Jan 2020.
All terms and conditions are as determined by Hertz Car Rental Thailand and KTC. The company reserves the right to change or cancel any details, conditions and/or benefits without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Hertz Car Rental Thailand and KTC is final.
KTC is not a products seller/service provider and therefore assumes no responsibilities in respect of any products/services. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact each product seller/service provider directly.
Benefits under this program cannot be exchanged in cash or transfer rights to others
Other conditions that is not specified in this program to be applied with the car rental conditions of Hertz Car Rental Thailand. The right to refuse the lease if not apply to the conditions. Please check the conditions before using the car rental service every time.
