Terms and Conditions

Benefits this discount can only be used for payment with KTC credit cards.
The customer must show the Thai driving license or international driving license. At the day of pick-up and carry with you throughout the rental period to show to government officials.
One day rental is 24 hours, can be returned no later than 2 hours. After that, adjust the rental rate to 1 day, increasing from the normal selling price.
The Reserve a car in advance before traveling at least 7 days at Reservation Center, call 098-267-9888 on Monday - Sunday from 8.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.
The above price does not include first class insurance, Insurance coverage for passengers inside the car and fuel costs (the tenant must return the vehicle with full tank).
In case of Friday - Sunday car rental Additional charge from normal price 300 Baht
In case of car rental, public holidays: 20 Dec 19 – 31 Dec 19, additional charge is 400 Baht.
The tenant has been fined, must pay the traffic penalty incurred.
No smoking inside the car the tenant must be fined 3,000 Baht per time.
If the key is lost or forgotten, the tenant, the lessee must pay the expenses for such expenses as actually.
Any control of the car If there is a loss, the tenant will be responsible for the expenses according to the regulations set by the company.
In the case of an accident and not buying a first-class insurance without responsibility, the first part (SCDW) and the tenant is wrong or without a party, the tenant must pay the fee Excess / Deduct Every time the accident occurs 5,000 Baht per time.
The tenant must refuel the oil back to the same level as the car rental, otherwise must pay an additional 800 Baht per fuel refueling fee.
KPN Car Rent reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KPN Car Rent’s decision is deemed final.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only card members with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the card members, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the card members.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
