Terms and Conditions

Customers must pay the car rental fee with KTC credit card via KTC WORLD only.
This special promotion cannot be used with other promotions. Discount coupons and online reservations.
For reservations and bookings, please contact for service confirmation 48 hours in advance prior engaging service. Any booking/s made less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of service shall be subjected to availability.
There will be a 100% no-show-charge for any last-minute cancelation less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time.
Airport pick-up arrangement : Driver will be on standby at the airport up to 2 hours (Thailand) and up to 1 hour (International) to pick-up our guest/s once the flight has landed safely at the airport. if our airport representative could not find the guest/s or unable to reach out to guest/s’ via the given contact information, the airport pick-up car will be released and it will be considered as no-show with 100% no-show-charge directly to the guest/s account.
Other pick-up arrangement : Driver will be waiting at the designated pick-up location up to 30 minutes (Thailand) and 15 minutes (International) from the requested pick-up time. Additional charge on waiting time beyond the 30-minute-mark may applies. Also, kindly be informed that we are not responsible for any delayed requests from guest/s to request driver to depart later than the pickup time.
In the event of indirectly causing guest/s to miss the flight due to circumstances caused by the company, we will be responsible on compensating actual cost of limousine service but not over 10,000 THB net.
If customer/s would like to upgrade to another car types or travel out of the designated route, additional fees will be charged directly to customer/s’ account according to our reservation process.
Sedan car can comfortably accommodate up to 3 passengers (2 standard-sized luggage and 2 carry-on bags are allowed per car). However, our sedan car is unable to accommodate wheelchair service, therefore kindly request to upgrade to Van service upon reservation. The additional fee charge is applied. (10). In the event of emergency situation where the company cannot offer the requested car of choice on time due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents / heavy traffic / blocked or detour road / flash flood / terrorist attacks etc., we will immediately offer a replacement car and inform our guests accordingly. However, if the unforeseen emergency situation is beyond what we could support and offer to our guests, we have the right to decline the service and will inform our customer/s in advance.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods / services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store / seller / service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods / services.

Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products / services, or sales slip / tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and / or the owner of product or service directly.
