Stores can apply to become a merchant via 3 main channels:

1. Fill out the required information on the website to apply to be a merchant.
2. Contact the Merchant Services Department tel. 02 123 5700, every day, 24 hours a day.
3. Send an email to ktc_merchant@ktc.co.th.

• For EDC card swipe machine service and Alipay and Alipay+ payment services, the installation process takes 5 business days within Bangkok and 10 business days in other provinces, starting from the date when KTC Head Office in Bangkok receives all required application documents.
• For the online payment system service (Payment Gateway), the connection process takes 2 weeks from the date that KTC Head Office in Bangkok receives all required application documents.
• For the automatic debit service from customer accounts (AUTO PAYMENT / RECURRING), our staff will reach out to you after receiving all required application documents.

• Installment payments with a KTC card are available for payments of 3,000 baht or more, or as specified by the store. Additionally, there must be a monthly installment payment of not less than 500 baht.
• Installment payments with a KTC card is only available upon use of a KTC credit card with the card swipe machine service and KTC's online payment system.

KTC will transfer money to the merchant's Krungthai Bank account, along with a summary of card receipts, before 9:00 p.m. every day, including business holidays. The money will be transferred into the account the next day. For Alipay / Alipay+, merchants should summarize sales before 11:00 p.m., and the merchant will receive the transferred money the following day.

The merchant can check the account balance, request a card receipt report, and obtain a tax invoice the next day using KTC's online service through KTCOnline at www.ktc.co.th/online.

Ideal for shops catering to tourists, especially those from China, South Korea, Malaysia, and other countries who frequently purchase products/services. Also suitable for shops aiming to expand their business with tourists. Transactions are facilitated by the merchant scanning a QR code on the customer's eWallet.

Currently, only Visa or Mastercard credit cards issued in Thailand are supported by the following applications: KTC (KTC Mobile), SCB (SCB Easy), Krungsri (Uchoose), KBANK (K PLUS), and BANGKOK BANK (Bangkok Bank).
