How to redeem Rewards points through KTC Online?

To redeem Rewards points through KTC Online

  1. Go to "My account"
  2. Select "Outstanding Point"
  3. Select Card Number
  4. Select "Redeem Points"
  5. Select program, amount of points, and fill in required information then click "Redeem Points"
  6. Continue OTP verification. When conversion is completed, the confirmation email will be sent to your registered email.

How long redemption process will take?

Redemption through KTC Online will take 7 working days.

Is it possible to cancel or undo the redemption?
